  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 1.5 lbs fingerling potatoes
  • 1 onion cut into 8ths
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 carrots, roll cut
  • 4-5 stalks celery, roll cut
  • 3.5 c veggie stock
  • 1/2 c red wine
  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • 2 tsp corn starch mixed with stew broth
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • marjoram
  • thyme
  • chili flakes
  • flour
  • onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-1.5 c peas
