Indian Baked Chicken Thighs
Indian inspired baked chicken thighs to be served with basmati rice and roasted tomatoes and red onion.
Ingredients
6 chicken thighs & legs
1/2 onion - chopped
6 garlic heads
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Garlic powder
Turmeric powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Paprika powder
Rosemary powder
Crushed red pepper
Directions
- Combine marinade with bone-in chicken thighs and legs.
- Set in baking tray and cover with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour covered at 400.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
