Pozole
Ingredients
1 large can of pozole hominy
3 lbs espinazo
- Sauce
10 large Guajillo peppers
5 Chile de arbol
3 cloves or garlic
Cloves
Cumin
Black Peppercorn
Directions
- Add meat to a pot of water with half a raw onion and a salt to flavor.
- Fry all the peppers in oil. After toss them in a blender with a pinch of cloves, cumin, and black peppercorn. Add water to create a salsa.
- Once the meat is cooked, sift the sauce and add to pot.
- Drain can of pozole and add to pot and bring to a boil.
